About WSH

Hey there, my name’s Ben and I run WSH.

I’m an avid hiker, photographer, videographer, and lightweight backpacker living here on the west coast. I grew up being exposed to the outdoors and my affinity for them has only grown since.

My goal with WSH is simple. I want to get outside and report back to all of you via this site. Whether it’s a review on my favorite piece of gear or a trip report on a trip through the Trinity Alps I’ll always strive to be honest and accurate.
